What.

Monthly mental skills masterclasses open to dance studios!

We are live and online with a full curriculum and each lesson focusing on a different mental skill such as:

  • Confidence

  • Growth Mindset

  • Motivation

  • Resilience

  • Stress regulation

Over the course of 1 hour, dancers will be learning, reflecting, and practicing personal mental skills exercises and techniques that they can directly apply to their training, performances, and school life!

Who.

The program is designed for all of your dancers 12 + years who are committed to openness, growth, curiosity, and community.

When.

The first weekend of each month*, classes run from Sept 2022 to June 2023. Dancers can logon individually or dance teams can logon together!

Sessions will be recorded and available online for viewing if the live classes do not coordinate with their dance schedule!

*Some dates are the second weekends to avoid the long weekends and holidays.
