Whether it is a professional development weekend, day, or workshop, Lauren loves to connect with her fellow educators who are in the arena, doing the work, with great passion and perseverance.
Either in-person, or online, Lauren works with teachers to:
Learn about Mental Skills Training (MST)
How to bring MST into the studio
Ways to support dancers through stress, perfection, fear of judgment, and confidence building.
Identify opportunities for growth within their classroom
Re-connect with their purpose as an educator
Discover and vocalize their values
OUR WORK CHANGES LIVES
The work is always the most powerful when the teachers and leaders, who know the dancers the best and see them the most, embrace, communicate, learn and practice mental skills.

FAQs
Is the course online?
Yes! The course is held on Zoom (thankfully we have had loads of practice with this!)
If I can’t come to all of it, will it be recorded?
It is encouraged that participants attend all sessions in full, but if life happens - as it does - the recording will be sent in a private link and available for one week.
Does it matter what age or discipline I teach?
Not at all! We learn about the different developmental stages and how to incorporate age-appropriate activities and exercises in to you class room. We will give you tools with the intention you will customize them to the classes you teach!
What time zone are the sessions held?
The course times are listed in Canadian Pacific Standard Time (pst).
What happens if I registered but can no longer make it?
We are happy to offer an exchange if a fellow teacher/coach wants to hop in, or we can easily hold a credit for future sessions. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given.
A leader takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes, and who has the courage to develop that potential.”
