Dance competitions demand us to prepare, and take care of ourselves. To show our best (and how hard we have been working in the studio) we must prioritize both our mind & body.
Join Mental Skills and Performance Educator, Lauren Ritchie, and Physiotherapist and dance educator, Sara Lawson, for a Body & Brain Virtual Workshop on Sunday, Feb.25.
45 minutes with Lauren to learn about stress, nerves and confidence.
45 minutes with Sara to learn an optimal warm up, technique enhancers and injury prevention.
Dancers will leave with specific and applicable exercises to best support themselves from the inside out.
Session will be recorded & available for 48 hours after the event.
