Format: Live online workshop via Zoom. Can't join us live? No problem!
Recording: A private recording will be available to registered participants for 7 days following the event.
Length: 90 minutes
Who it’s for: Competitive dancers, student-athletes, and driven learners ages 11+. Participants should be able to write independently and uphold group and Zoom etiquette.
Participation: One participant per Zoom screen/registration. Camera on is encouraged! If you are interested in having a group zoom in, please email lauren@withlauren.ca
What to bring: A notebook, pen, water, and a quiet space to focus.
